About Us
What sets Pullman Heating & Electric apart from others? You don’t become the area’s most trusted source for heating, cooling, and electrical work for the past 60 years by accident. Over the years, we have always put the customer first. From a brand-new Ruud® heating and cooling system to installing electrical outlets, our team is ready to be a part of your next project.

Our Story
Jon and Cheryl Clancy are the owners of PHE. They designed the PHE building and saw its construction from the first shovel full of dirt to turn the key in the door. Cheryl was an undergraduate at the University of Idaho in human services. As Vice President of PHE she handles the finance and the details of the daily operation. Jon is the director of operations of PHE. With 43 years of experience in the HVAC and electrical fields he is ready and willing to tackle all sizes of projects, from bathroom remodels to electronics plants. Licensed in HVAC as well as being a master electrician, he brings a broad level of experience to the company.
From its humble origins as a one-man shop in 1950, Jon and Cheryl have built the company up to its present level, with 10 fulltime employees in the HVAC, Electrical, and Hearth products. Jon and Cheryl believe in the community, the arts and their church. Doing well by doing good work is their strong belief. With six children and eleven grandchildren, family is at the heart of their lives.
A member of the Pullman Chamber of Commerce and very active in the community, Pullman Heating and Electric has been servicing the Palouse region for over sixty years.
